Role of the End Users Club
A End Users Club will be set up with the intention of keeping the GoodFood RTD activity in touch with the reality of the present and future needs of the different actors of the agrofood community: Industries (food industries and associations, retailers, transport ...), Consumer Organisations and Regulation Organisms. The communication will work in both ways. On one hand, the Users Club will be the target of the demonstration and part of the dissemination of GoodFood activities, which implicitly involve training and brokerage actions about the potentialities of M&NT. On the other hand, the Users Club members will provide the specs and visions of present and future markets, as well as they will provide the field cases where the demonstration activities will finally take place. In this way, the research done will keep being application oriented, the obtained results will have a real and definite use, and even new applications of those results could be explored. To assure a fruitful interfacing, the promotion of this link will be the specific task of one of the GMB members. The Market Study and Business Potential Analysis activity launched by the GMB will also strengthen this relationship and will help to identify the M&NT dissemination needs of the industries and the demonstration and exploitation opportunities in the field. End Users Club will grow during the project by incorporating new interested industries, SMEs and other relevant Organisations and Associations. Their participation in Workshops, Training and Dissemination events will be open. New participants will be also represented within GoodFood Forums by the already established End Users Club representative.
